You pay to be an admin rather then applying for it. The payment is taken as donation money to keep all the servers up and support the servers. If they took applications rather than donations, the servers wouldn't be running. If you want to donate to get a rank (VIP, PRO, or Moderator) go into one of the servers that you want a rank on and type !donate into the chat.
