Ok I was thinking about RDM & leave and I think the current rules need some adjusting. So this is the new rules for rdm and leave.

RDM & Leave
1st time - 24 Hours
2nd time - Ban 2 days
3rd time - Ban 1 week
4th time - Ban 2 weeks
