Reports for when mods aren't around

If you have been the victim of an rdm while there were no mods around im going to ask to post something here a detailed story of what happen and the player and or players who did the rdm

true but this is more based toward ttt and the rdm issue because from what ive heard there is a series problem when mods are not on the server and this way we can see how much it is happening and who is doing it so they can get there due ban for it
