When ever some one reports an rdm it will not pop up on rdm manager

For some reason you have to in the game at the start of the map to see them

You're not able to use the RDM manager as an alive (not during preparing mode) terrorist because it has the potential to inform you of who the traitors are.

He is talking about when you enter the server in the middle of a round and go to check the rdm manager no reports will show up.
