Sound distance for taunts

I have made a few updates to the sound distance for taunts.

Taunts should be heard much farther now. We will need to test this with some users to see how far they can be heard and if we will need anymore adjustments.

We ran some tests on the sound distance and its pretty much like the old version now. They go much farther. Let me know what you think.
