TTT fixed and crash free.

Afters hours of work over last couple of days I finally have TTT stable.

We have not had any crashes for over 24 hours. I have installed a few patches for the wigging out body problem too.

I had to remove robber player model and bane due to console issues. Fixed the script errors from damage logs and many other issues. Fixed the changes from latest gmod update.
