seems to be a weird steam bug

There seems to be a weird steam bug today with everyone sending me this:

It appears it could be a virus. Do not open attachment.

Ya that was weird as hell. I got spammed by 20 people saying "what is this?"

If anyone has opened the file from the link in the message
open your task manager
find a process titled Image_012.scr
and end that process

this will slowly "steal" you Ram memory
