You actually do not apply as a mod for the group you simply donate the required amount. HOWEVER, it is non-refundable and you must follow the rules of the servers.

To donate, just type !donate while in-game or go to the tab "Donations - Prop Hunt" on the right side of the Raz0rsEdge website.
