Updated ttt rules once again

Due to people making there own rules once again, I have modified the rules pertaining to RDM with the following:

RDM
1st time - Slay*
2nd time - Slay*
3rd time - Slay 2 rounds*
4th time - Ban 24 hours
5th time - Ban 5 days
* This only applies if a report has been filed.
* If multiple RDM's are filed same round it is still considered a first time unless
there are 3 or more reports then slay for 2 rounds.
* Also if the reporting player decides a slay is not necessary that is fine as some things can be accidental.
* As a moderator you need to listen to both sides of the report to base your decision.
* All Slays will be done at next round.
* If you're slain for RDM, you have to stay the whole round or it's considered RDM & leave.

RDM & Leave
1st time - Ban 5 days
2nd time - Ban 2 weeks
3rd time - Ban 4 weeks

Attempt RDM
1st time - Warning
2nd time - Slay
3rd time - Slay 2 rounds
4th time - Ban 24 hours
5th time - Ban 1 week

id like to make an added rule you dont have to but just a request

do not kill afk allow them to move to spectate that way the mods can kick them for being away for to long

i leave the punishment up to you

One thing that is an issue is the throwing of discombombs in high areas such as towers , roofs etc . From the Innocents. many throw them purposely and kill many or damage tremendously . Do we do the same as slay a round then if they do it again slay again ? Or possibly Depending how many reports applies how many days of banning or rounds of slaying for the constant rdm of discombombs? . I wanted to question that and see if we can apply something on rules and another punishment the mods should apply to the player's action . Another , is it a instant K.O.S of a player if purposely shoots you once and just ran away ? Rarely it happens but we do nothing much of it and we get damaged cause of it. Or is that a case of attempt RDM .
